摘要
Abstract
Objective:Compare the improved tension band and the clinical curative effect of AO tension band fixation treatment of pa -tella fracture.Methods:Modified tension band internal fixation with AO tension band internal fixation , a total of 57 patients with patellar fracture, treatment of patella fracture ,two groups adopt open reduction and internal fixation method , all don't need a plaster external fixa-tion postoperatively , do the early functional exercise .Results:Modified tension band group of less postoperative complications , treatment group was significantly higher than AO tension band .Conclusion:Modified tension band internal fixation treatment of patella fracture is the ideal treatment of patellar fracture treatment , it is easy to operate, trauma is small, effect is reliable, fewer complications, knee joint func-tional recovery is good , has certain clinical value .关键词
