Abstract
Objective:To understand and improve operation team member hand hygiene compliance , provide the basis for medical staff hand hygiene norms.Methods:field observation and the questionnaire way .Results:76.45% think that it is difficult to “hand hygiene guidelines” to wash.33%thinks that the vein or epidural puncture did not wash his hands to other operational risk.20% operation doctor have cross infection after operation gloves without surgical hand washing has the risk of cross infection in the pendulum end position did not wash his hands after catheterization has the risk of cross infection .57.2%.Conclusion:to strengthen the hand hygiene knowledge training and supervision , to ensure patient safety .关键词
