Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical insulin pump insulin injections for the treatment of Type II diabetes .Methods:80 pa-tients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients injected with insulin pump therapy;the control group of 30 patients, the use of multiple subcutaneous manner.Two groups of patients FBG, 2hPG contrast, the amount of insulin, low blood sugar before and after treat-ment the probability of occurrence .Results:Compared with the control group , in terms of FBG and 2hPG no significant differences .Insu-lin dosage to achieve the standards of the time , the probability of occurrence of hypoglycemia , the situation in the observation group than the control group, p <0.05.Conclusion:Insulin pump therapy in diabetic blood glucose values are more effective control , so to speed up the rate of blood glucose , simple and easy .关键词
