摘要
Abstract
Objective:to observe the quality of the nursing of patients after total hip arthroplasty clinical curative effect .Methods:68 patients were divided into 2 groups.Control group routine nursing measures , observation group USES the introduction of failure mode and effect analysis ( FMEA) of high quality care .Results:the observation group of patients health knowledge scores and Barthel after treat -ment were higher than control group , less than the control group , length of hospital stay compared between groups , the difference had sta-tistical significance (P <0.05).Comparison between groups, very satisfaction difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the difference of total satisfaction has no statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclusion:the introduction of failure mode and effect analysis of high quality nursing measures will help for the treatment of patients after total hip arthroplasty provides a more accurate solution.关键词
