Abstract
Objective:To analyze the the influence of humanized nursing for uroschesis after cesarean section .Methods:366 cases of uroschesis after cesarean section in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 183 cases each group randomly . Observation group were treated by humanized nursing when prepared the indwelling catheter for surgery .Control group were treated by rou-tine nursing when catheter removed after surgery .The uroschesis , the time out of bed , LOS and the satisfaction of nursing were compared . Results:The incidence of uroschesis of observation group was significant lower than control group (P<0.05).The difference of time out of bed and LOS between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 100%, the control group's was 86.3%.The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanized nursing has great significance for re-duce the incidence of uroschesis and improve the satisfaction .It is worthy of popularization and application .关键词
