摘要
Abstract
The knowledge conversation is the hinge link in the process of knowledge manage-ment ,and it is also the most radical impulse in the process of innovation .A theoretical model be-tween knowledge conversation and innovative performance was built ,and SEM was applied to test assumptions and model by gaining data from 154 enterprises ,w hich revealed the effect and the micro path mechanism of knowledge conversation on improving innovative performance .关键词
