Analysis of Pathogenesis and Clinical Characteristics of Climacteric Depression Based on Syndrome Elements
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the syndrome elements of climacteric depression and further discuss the ba-sic pathogenesis and clinical characteristics for preventing and treating the disease. Methods:Through gath-ering the information of patients with climacteric depression and exploring its syndrome elements ,the differ-ences between male and female patients are discussed by using statistics method. Results:The occurrence of female climacteric depression is significantly higher than the male. Fire and heat are the dominating syn-drome elements of male patients,while Yin deficiency is the dominating syndrome elements of female pa-tients. Heart,liver and kidney are the core of pathological viscera. Conclusion:To prevent climacteric de-pression,gender difference and pathogenesis should be considered.关键词
