摘要
Abstract
T he zinc leaching residue produced in the process of zinc hydrometallurgy contains silver , ferrum ,zinc ,copper and other valuable metals .There are Cu (1 .00 g/L) ,Zn (11 .05 g/L) ,Fe (91 .56 g/L) and sulfate acid (155 g/L) in the solution after silver iss recovered by acid leaching -flotation process .By bipolar membrane electrodialysis process ,the residual acid in the solution was reduced to below 30 g/L .Iron in the deacidification liquor was removed by jarosite and neutralizing hydrolysis process ,then zinc and copper were recovered by sulfurization-precipitation method .Removal rate of iron reaches 96 .32% ,copper concentrate grading 19 .71% and zinc concentrate grading 40 .40% were obtained .关键词
