液相还原法制备单分散球形超细银粉
Preparation of Monodispersed Ultra-fine Spherical Silver Particles by Liquid Phase Chemical Reduction Method

Abstract
The highly purity ultra-fine spherical silver particles were prepared by reducing the silver nitrate using ascorbic acid in the present of ammonia complex .The effects of silver nitrate concentration ,ascorbic acid concentration ,temperature ,stirring rate on the morphology and size of the silver particles were examined .The optimum conditions were determined as silver nitrate concentration of 0 .1 mol/L ,reaction temperature of 60 ℃ ,stirring speed of 350 r/min and the molar concentration ratio of Ag+ and ascorbic acid of 0 .6 .The silver particles prepared under optimized conditions were characterized by SEM and XRD .T he results show that the highly purity and monodispersed ultra-fine spherical silver particles can be aquired ,and the average diameter is about 0 .75 μm .关键词
