摘要
Abstract
The 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand(APASF) was synthesized ,and optimum color reaction conditions of 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand (APASF ) with vanadium (Ⅴ ) were determined .The results showed that the color reagent reacts with vanadium (Ⅴ) to form a stable claret complex (3∶1) in buffer solution HAc-NH4Ac at pH = 6 .8 .The maxiumum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 550 nm and 3 .08 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm -1 ,respectively .The Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-30 μg/25mL for vanadium (Ⅴ) .关键词
