摘要

Abstract

The removal of iron from acidic solution is a common problem in hydrometallurgy .The goethite removal iron process is a effectively and commercially application .In this paper ,the principle of removing iron by the goethite process and its applications in hydrometallurgy of zinc ,copper ,nickel and manganese were reviewed .Some of disadvantages of the process and its improvement direction w ere also discussed .
