铜基镀镍工艺研究

摘要
Abstract
The effects of current density ,electrodeposition time ,pH and ultrasonic agitation on nickel plating coat quality were researched .The results show that at the conditions of current density of 0 .42 A/dm2 ,electrodeposition time of 80 min and in the acidic medium ,nickel plating coat surface is smooth and without obvious defects ,and amount of nickel plating is moderate .The coating quality can be mproved by ultrasonic agitation .关键词
