Effects of Manganese Ion Concentration on Cold Resistance of Cucumber Seedling Leaves
摘要
Abstract
In order to make clear the function of Mn 2+in plant cold resistance , the effects of different concentrations of Mn 2+on cucumber cold resistance were studied using cucumber seedlings as materials .The results indicated that the cold resistance of cucumber seedlings could be significantly enhanced through in -creasing Mn2+concentration in nutrient solution , and the treatment with 10 times of Mn2+standard concentra-tion had the most obvious effect .关键词
