Geographical Indications of Special Local Products and Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection in Shaanxi Part of the Qinba Mountain Areas
摘要
Abstract
The Qinba Mountain Areas were across Henan , Hubei , Chongqing , Sichuan , Shaanxi , Gan-su provinces .Taking the Shaanxi part of the areas as an example , the protection status of intangible cultural heritage and geographical indications of special local products were studied in this paper .The recommenda-tions were as follows:(1) to implement the geographical indication policies of “Eight Products per County” to develop the advantage industry with the characteristics of every county; ( 2 ) to construct the comprehensive quality management system of geographical indications , and strengthen the standardization and food safety;(3) to choose the geographical indication as strategic brand , and integrate the regional public brand;(4) to apply for the traditional products as national intangible cultural heritage , and inherit the traditional technology;(5) to support the new type agricultural management main bodies to use the geographical indications , and cre-ate a new developing model of agricultural industrialization .关键词
