高灌蓝莓 CBF 基因的单核苷酸多态性分析
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Analysis of CBF Gene in Highbush Blueberry

Abstract
With 21 highbush blueberry cultivars as materials , the VcCBF gene was cloned and its single nucleotide polymorphisms ( SNPs) were analyzed based on sequencing .Totally, 123 non repetitive sequences were cloned and 120 SNPs were identified with the SNPs occurrence rate as one SNP every 695 bp and the nu-cleotide diversity value (Pi) as 0.01251.In 120 SNPs, 62 of them were singleton mutant sites, 55 were double mutant sites and 3 were triple mutant sites .The analysis on base substitution ways showed 91 transi-tions and 26 transversions with the ratio of Ti/Tv as 3.5.Five haplotypes of VcCBF gene were identified from the 21 blueberry cultivars .关键词
