转 AtNDPK2基因甘薯的耐盐性鉴定
Salt Tolerance Identification of Transgenic Sweet Potato Expressing AtNDPK2 Gene
摘要
Abstract
The transgenic sweet potato plants expressing AtNDPK2 gene were used as materials to identi-fy their salt tolerance based on physiological indexes and phenotypic change .The results showed that the root length of transgenic lines (JN1, JN2, JN3, JN4, JN5 and JN6) was significantly longer than that of control under the stress of 100 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L NaCl .The transgenic plants grew normally , while the control leaves became yellow and withered after 10 days under the stress of 50 mmol/L NaCl.Under the stress of 100 mmol/L NaCl, JN1 grew normally after 4 days, while the others became withered .关键词
