羽毛降解菌的分离及多样性分析
Isolation and Phylogenetic Diversity Analysis of Feather-Degrading Bacteria
摘要
Abstract
One hundred and seventy four microbial strains , forming the clearance zone on the milk agar plate, were isolated from the wastewater sludge of poultry processing plant .Forty two strains showed ability of feather degrading, and 13 strains could completely degrade a whole feather within 48 hours.Through 16S rD-NA amplification and sequencing , the BLAST analysis indicated that 8 strains belonged to Stenotrophomonas, 1 strain belonged to Bacillus and 4 strains belonged to Aeromonas.关键词
