一株鸡源嗜铅乳酸菌的筛选鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Lead-Resistant Lactic Acid Bacteria from Chicken
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify lead -resistant lactic acid bacteria from chicken intestinal content and excreta for removal of lead .Eight strains were isolated from the collected sam-ples by spread plate technique using MRS agar media supplemented with lead .The selected JT 1 strain showed the highest lead resistant (800 mg/L) and removal efficiency (66.95%).The results of morphology observa-tion, differential cultivation, physiological and biochemical identification and 16S ribosomal deoxyribonucleic acid sequencing data showed it could be identified as Enterococcus faecium, and it could grow well under the conditions of 10~45℃, pH value as 4.5~9.6, 6.5%NaCl, 0.8%bile salts and 0.1%trypsase.关键词
