Construction of Rapid Propagation System of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.for Multiple Buds Induction
摘要
Abstract
The in vitro tissue culture method of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.was established using ten-der buds as explants.By orthogonal test,the optimum pH value,6 -BA and NAA concentrations,and the best induction medium of multiple buds were selected.The results showed that disinfecting for 3 minutes had less injury on explants.The explants grew well on the medium with pH of 5.8.The multiple buds in the third bud induction medium were vigorous.And the second rooting medium had more and stronger roots.In conclu-sion,the rapid propagation system of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.for multiple buds induction was disinfec-ting explants for 3 minutes using 0.1%HgCl2;the optimum pH value was 5.8;the optimum bud induction me-dium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6 -BA+0.5 mg/L NAA;and the optimum rooting medium was MS +0.2 mg/L NAA.关键词
