山东省西瓜细菌性果斑病的病原菌鉴定
Pathogen Identification of Watermelon Bacterial Fruit Blotch in Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,watermelon had been attacked by a new bacterial disease called bacterial fruit blotch (BFB)in some planting areas of Shandong Province,including Linshu,Changle and Zhangqiu.Fifteen strains were isolated from diseased fruits and leaves of watermelon.The inoculation tests were conducted with 8 strains,which produced the same symptoms as naturally infected plants.And the same strains were isolated from inoculated watermelon.Based on the mycelial morphology,staining reaction,cultural characteristics and a series of physiological and biochemical properties,the pathogens were identified as Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli Willems et al.,1992.关键词
