Effects of Different Germicides and Banding Methods on Gummosis of Sweet Cherry
摘要
Abstract
The sweet cherry trees of the same cultivar with the same age and vigor were selected for the experiment.After artificially shaving the disease spots,the gummosis trees were sprayed with fungal and bac-terial germicides using no chemical treatment as the contrast.At the same time,three banding methods,air-tight banding,ventilate banding,and no banding,were also tested.The healthy trees were injured artificially and made the same treatments as above.The results showed that for the healthy trees,the gummosis induced by mechanical injury was lower;the gum was easy to dry and solidify,and the wound cicatrized soon.But for the gummosis trees,the wound was easy to gumming,and difficult to concrescence after treatments.Spraying fungal and bacterial germicides had no obvious influences on gummosis.The effect of ventilate banding on gummosis was the best;the airtight banding aggravated the incidence of gummosis,increased the gum quantity and interfered the wound healing.关键词
