羊肉价格变动影响因素的实证分析
Empirical Analysis of Influence Factors of Mutton Price Change
摘要
Abstract
Choosing prices of beef and pork,urban disposable income,rural per capita net income, mutton production and unit production cost as explanatory variables,their impacts on mutton price change were analyzed using multiple regression model.The results showed that the beef price,rural per capita net in-come and unit production cost of mutton had significant positive influences on mutton price,and the mutton production had significant negative effects on mutton price.Some suggestions were put forward,such as pro-moting scale cultivation,reducing feeding cost,increasing the range and level of subsidy on sheep farming, improving mutton supply quantity,building the information database of sheep industry and completing mutton price forecast.关键词
