摘要

Abstract

The biological , commodity and quality characters of 11 hot pepper germplasm resources were determined and analyzed in this paper .The correlation of four fruit morphological characters , single fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width and fruit shape index , with six quality characters were analyzed , too.The re-sults showed that there were significant differences in quality characters between different varieties , and the va-rieties, 70#, 30#and 12#were eliminated.There was negative correlation between fruit morphological charac-ters and dry matter , soluble protein , VC and capsaicin contents .But the content of soluble sugar and capsicum red pigment was positively correlated with the fruit morphological characters .
