Effects of Different Antibiotics on Genetic Transformation Receptor System of Robinia pseudoacacia L.

Abstract
In this research , the effects of different antibiotics , kanamycin ( Kana ) , cefotaxime ( Cef ) , ampicillin(Amp), carbenicillin(Carb)and erythromycin(E)on receptor system of genetic transformation for Robinia pseudoacacia were studied with the cambium as explants .The results showed that Cef had the minimal toxicity to explants and the best antibacterial effect .The Cef at the concentration of 200 mg/L could complete-ly inhibite the proliferation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Different concentrations of Kana were used for resist-ance screening of Robinia pseudoacacia transgenic plants .The results indicated that the optimal concentration for callus differentiation was 100~125 mg/L, and the optimal one for rooting culture was 75 mg/L.关键词
