Abstract
Methyl bromide as an important soil fumigant plays an essential role in agricultural production in China.But it has damage to ozonosphere , so China made the international commitment to use it restrained-ly .Through the analysis on function of methyl bromide , application control at home and abroad and developing new substitute product , the overseas referential experiences during executing Copenhagen protocol , and the countermeasures we should take .关键词
