肝宁胶囊的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard for Ganning Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the quality standard for Ganning capsules. Methods:Radix Arnebiae in prescription was i-dentified by TLC,and the content of cantharidin in prescription was detected by HPLC. Results:The characteristic spots of Radix Arnebiae were identified by TLC. Cantharidin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.013 8μg~0.124 2μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.466%(RSD=1.92%,n=5). Conclution:The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.关键词
