藤梨根含药血清对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞增殖作用的影响
Effect of Radix Actinidiae Drug-containing Serum on Proliferation of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Radix Actinidiae on proliferative effect of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECS),explore anti-tumor mechanism of Radix Actinidiae from the channel of inhibiting angiogenesis. Methods:MTT method was used to observe the effects of high,middle,low dosage of Radix Actinidiae drug-containing serum on HUVECS viability. Results:Compared with control group,OD value of high,middle dosage of Radix Actinidiae drug-con-taining serum group was significantly declined (P<0.05). Conclusion:Radix Actinidiae drug-containing serum has certain inhibitive effect on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells.关键词
