Effect of Tamoxifen Tablets Combined With Rupixiao Tablets on Mammary Gland of Rats With Mastoplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of tamoxifen tablets combined with Rupixiao tablets on mammary gland of rats with mastoplasia. Methods:50 rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,tamoxifen tablets group,Rupixi-ao tablets group and tamoxifen tablets combined with Rupixiao tablets group (drug combination group). 30 days after ad-ministration,histopathology examination and histomorphology observation of mammary gland were done. Results:Compared with tamoxifen tablets group and Rupixiao tablets group,mammillary diameter and volume of mammary gland were signifi-cantly deflated,the number of gland alveolus of folial was decreased,the diameter of gland alveolus and conduit were de-creased in drug combination group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Effect of drug combination group is better than that of tamoxifen tablets group and Rupixiao tablets group.关键词
