Optimization of molding process for Xiongshao granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimiz e molding process of Xiongshao granules. Method:Optimum excipient and proportion of Xiongshao granules were selected with forming ratio,melting rate,moisture rate,bulk density and angle of repose as index-es,and critical relative humidity of Xiongshao granules were determined. Results:Optimum molding process was:mixing ratio of dry cream powder-dextrin 1∶2 and 85% ethanol as a wetting agent.Critical relative humidity of Xiongshao granules was 74%. Conclusion:This optimized molding process was simple and feasible,and could provide experimental basis for large-scale production of Xiongshao granules.关键词
