Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality standards of Shixiao pills. Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify papaya,dark plum and paeoniae radix in Shixiao pills. Content of paeoniflorin in Shixiao pills was detect-ed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method. Results:Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.101 8 μg~2.545 μg. The average recovery rate was 101.83% and RSD was 0.62%. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Shixiao pills.关键词
