摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of therapy method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation, regulating Chong and Ren on infertility induced by endometriosis and its mechanism of action. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group. 2 months after treatment,clinical effects of 2 groups were observed and levels of CA125,EMAB in serum were detected. Results:Total ef-fective rate and pregnancy rate were respectively 96.67% and 47%in treatment group while above indexes were 76.67%and 27%in control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group,positive rate of EMAB and serum CA125 level were signifi-cantly decreased in treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Therapy method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circu-lation,regulating Chong and Ren could markedly improve clinical symptoms and elevate the pregnancy rate of patients.关键词
