艾灸对中青年亚健康状态人群血细胞系列的干预作用
Effect of moxibustion on blood cell series of young people and middle-aged man under sub-health state
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion on blood cell series of young people and middle-aged man un-der sub-health state. Method:37 volunteers were selected after physical examination,including 11 males and 26 females. They were divided into young group and middle-aged group and treated with moxibustion equipment in these acupoints , such as Shenque,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Pishu,Shenshu,etc.1 time 2 days,20 minutes once time,and 10 times in total. Before and after moxibustion,leukocyte series and erythrocyte series of volunteers were detected. Result:Compared with pretreat-ment,young group has statistically difference in WBC、NEU、LYM、LYM(%)、NEU、MID、MID(%)、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW and MPV(P<0.01,P<0.05)after moxibustion. Compared with pretreatment,middle-aged group has sta-tistically difference in LYM、MID、MCV、MCH、MCHC and RDW(P<0.01,P<0.05)after moxibustion. Conclusion:Moxibus-tion has regulating effect on blood cell series of young people and middle-aged man under sub-health state ,and its effect is more remarkable on young group than on middle-aged group.关键词
