国内产业遗存居住化再利用的一种新模式
A New Mode of Industrial Heritage Residence Reuse in China
摘要
Abstract
The thesis raises a new method of industrial heritage reuse in China--residence functional reuse of industrial heritage, comparing and borrowing ideas from reuse mode abroad. It aims to seek feasibility and operation of the new method of reuse at home through doing research at the successful practice abroad. First, it establishes an evaluation system in order to get suitable reconstruction objects. Secondly, it defines different scale of residence functional reuse mode. Lastly, it raises ways of industrial heritage design and proposals of projects promotion as well. To promote practice of residence functional reuse of industrial heritage in our country by systemic theoretical research, and makes it one of the way of solving the contradiction between supply and demand of urban house as wel as social house, promoting the urban transformation and displaying the social benefit of industrial heritage.关键词
