摘要
Abstract
Based on the review of global urbanization in the recent 200 years, we summarize the gains and losses of urbanization so as to warn and inspire China’s urbanization. By analyzing China’s specific conditions, such as multi-ethic characteristics and government-dominated public affairs regulation, we put forward the connotation of China’s new-type urbanization, including five aspects: human-centered development; synergetic development among industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization; ecological civilization; optimized al ocation; and culture promotion. At last, in the context of national urbanization pattern, we discuss the development orientation and new-type urbanization roadmap of Shanghai and Pudong New Area as the core of coastal development belt.关键词
