从速度到质量：京津冀地区城镇化发展战略思考
From Speed to Quality：Research on the Development Strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Mega City-regions

Abstract
Since 1990s, the urbanization level in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Mega City-region has been continuously speeding up remarkably. Along with this is the emergency of problems both in the regional level and the city level. The paper firstly profiles the urbanization pattern and progress in this region since 1980s, and then the urbanization quality is quantitatively analyzed by aid of the principal component analysis. The related data are mainly from the 5th and 6th national census in 2000 and 2010. Final y, this paper points out that the deployment mode of the region must be systematical y reexamined and redesigned, and issues of the urbanization quality must be paid more attention to, both from the enforcement of marketing forces for stimulating innovation, efficiency, and benefits and competitiveness, and from the effect improvement of government intervention, like urban planning, for tackling with the negative externality and marketing failure.关键词
