Abstract
It is important for urban planning and government decision-making to fully understand the interactive relationship between industrial agglomeration and urbanization,and to accurately grasp the industrialization development stage. Taking the Lin gang district in Shanghai as an example, by analysing the different stages of development of the population and construction land change, this paper studies the rules, problems and reasons of the interaction between industry and city , so as to explore the implementation of planning strategies on industry-city integrate development. By the analysis of population and construction land growth elasticity index (PEI) , we can see the PEI of Lin gang district is relatively low. It reflects that , on the background of rapid development of industrialization and construction land growth, the speed of population growth is relatively slow. To a certain extent, it also reflects the industry development has not brought the corresponding growth of urbanization level. Research shows that, the development of Lin gang District is far from the stage of positive interaction between industry and city. The problem of industry and city without integrate development reflects the basic features of the industrialization development stage of Lin gang District. It is suggested to strengthen the research and exploration in the industrial development planning, public service facilities, attracting talent policy and so on.关键词
