美丽乡村建设背景下村土地利用规划编制技术探索--以浙江省为例
Establishing the technology of village land use planning from the perspective of building a beautiful countryside:a case study of Zhejiang province

Abstract
Building a beautiful countryside is a powerful driving force emerging in village land use planning (VLUP). However, given its recent emergence, VLUP lacks an established base and has immature technical methods. To build a beautiful countryside in an orderly manner, pilot programs in VLUP were ifrst implemented in Zhejiang province, focusing on aspects such as planning data bases, investigation methods, spatial arrangement, demand-driven approaches, local features, public participation, and coordination between the plans of other local government departments. Using information drawn from practical situations, this paper discusses the problems of data coordination between different measuring scales, legal issues, planning bodies, and approval authorities.关键词
