EU’s New Regulations Further Reform and Development of European Standardization

Abstract
European Parliament and European Council released No.1025/2012 Regulation of European standardization on October 25, 2012, which indicates European technical regulation systems and standardization activity mechanism have once again reached another advanced level around the world. The publication of this regulation also reveals the standpoint of EU in developing technical regulation system and standardization activities, and the technical wisdom of EU in protecting economy and guaranteeing its technical leadership. It is also another“top layer design”of technical regulations and standardization, leading a great-leap-forward development of European standardization. This regulation not only propels the further consummation of EU technical regulations and the development of standardization, but at the same time poses a new challenge to China.关键词
