基于超效率的中国工业用水效率分析
The Super-efficiency-based Industrial Water Efficiency Analysis

Abstract
Industry is the backbone for Chinese economic development , it is very important for us to study the indus-trial water efficiency in order to guarantee the sustainable economic development in China under the background of water resource shortage .Based on the method of super-efficiency DEA , this study selects the 2003-2010 year ’ s panel data of industrial water consumption from 31 provinces to conduct a super-efficiency DEA analysis with the assumptions of constant return-to-scale and variable return-to-scale respectively .The results show that industrial water efficiency improved a lot after 2007 year, and the water usage efficiency greatly decline from east to west in China .The industrial water usage efficiency generally is low in China .Local governments should accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode , innovation of technology , and promote water saving in enterprises .关键词
