Economic Growth, Industrial Structure and Carbon Dioxide Emissions:Base on the Panel Data in 2001-2011

Abstract
Based on the imbalance of regional economic development , whole nation and its east , central and west re-gions are taken as research objects to investigate the two major influence factors about carbon dioxide emissions in different regions through taking the environmental Kuznets Curve as a reference point .Taking GDP per capita as e-conomic growth and carbon emissions as indicators of environmental quality , EKC Model has been used to conduct empirical analysis .Then the proportion of secondary industry is taken an as indicator of industrial structure upgra -ding to investigate whether or not there exist regional differences between upgrading of industrial structure and car -bon dioxide emissions .Different regions have different environmental effecting factors in China .Environmental quality has been well improved in more economically developed areas .The empirical results show that carbon diox-ide emissions exist regional difference .Eastern region is relatively good , and greenhouse gas issues face serious challenges in western region .Environmental pollution control should be combined with the actual situation .关键词
