摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of methylene blue solution partially closed combined with Chinese medicine de -coction fumigation for the treatment of anal pruritus .Methods:Ninety patients admitted to our hospital from May 2008 to March 2012 with anal pruritus according were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with the compound methylene blue solution partial closure , and treatment group gave patients extra Chinese medicine decoction fumigation and washing on the affected areas .The treatment courses of the two groups were both 2 weeks, and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared .Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =11.025,P<0.01),with statistical significance.The symptom scores of the two groups of patients showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The time length of disappearance of pruitus , sleep improvement and vanishing of skin lesions were significantly shorter in treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The methylene blue solution partially closed combined with Chinese medicine de-coction fumigation for the treatment of anal pruritus shows satisfactory efficacy , it can significantly shorten the time of improving patient′s clinical symptoms and signs which worth generalizing .关键词
