Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the quality of Flos Sophorae through determining the content of rutin which is the main active ingredi -ent of Flos Sophorae from different growing areas .Methods:HPLC analysis was made on a Welch XB-C18 (5 μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm) with isocratic elution 1%acetic acid-methanol(61:39) as the mobile phase was at a flow-rate of 1.2 mL∕min.The detection wave-length was set at 257 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results: The linear equation was Y =12243X-80.436(r=0. 9999), and the average recovery was 99.15%, RSD=1.6%.The content of Rutin in Flos Sophorae from different growing areas were 13.88%to 35.74%.Conclusion:There is variation of the rutin content in Flos sophorae from different growing areas , and the quality of samples from Guangxi Guilin were higher than those from other places .关键词
