痰热清注射液治疗化脓性扁桃体炎在急诊科临床应用观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of clinical application of Tanreqing Injection on suppurative tonsillitis .Methods:Eighty-six patients admitted to the south zone of emergency department of Guanganmen Hospital , China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each .Patients were all given conventional antibiotics and the treatment group gave patients extra Tanreqing injection 0.3 to 0.5 mL per kg by means of intravenous drip .Results:The total effec-tive rate of treatment group was 93%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.4%).The recovery of relevant symptoms was better in treatment group .Conclusion: Clinical effect of Tanreqing injection treating acute suppurative tonsillitis has definite curative effect with no obvious adverse reactions .关键词
