中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效评价研究
Study on Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of integrated TCM Treatment for Chronic pelvic inflammation , and explore efficacy e-valuation methodology .Methods:121 patients of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment group , western medicine group .Overall efficacy and symptoms were evaluated and compared .Results:Total effective rate of TCM group was 95.8%, compared to 86%of western medicine group (P>0.05).H test showed the subtype of qi stagnation and blood stasis in TCM group was better than western medicine group at relieving symptoms ( P<0.05 ) , the type of damp heat and blood stasis in TCM group was not significantly better than the Western medicine group in relieving symptoms .Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment is effective for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation , H test with symptoms rating and categori-zation is a recommendable methodology for efficacy evlauation.关键词
