中医药治疗癌性疼痛的研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cancer Pain
摘要
Abstract
Cancer pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms of tumor .According to statistics , about 50%of cancer patients feel varying degrees of pain .75%of patients with advanced cancer suffer from pain , among which 40% -50% are in moderate to severe pain, and 25~30%in sharp pain.TCM holds that the main and collateral channels congestion is the basic pathogenesis of cancer pain . Apart from the analgesic effect TCM plays in treating cancer pain , it also pays attention to improving patient's pain and quality of life through the external use of medication , acupuncture , and acupoint application .TCM is widely used clinically for the treatment of cancer pain.Its advantages lie in being economical , effective, with fewer side effects and easy to accept for patients .This paper analyzes the research progress of TCM in the treatment of cancer in recent years .关键词
