酸脂清胶囊对实验大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型IL-10和IL-1Ra的影响
The influence of Suanzhiqing Capsules on IL-10 and IL-1Ra in Rats Model with Acute Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of different extractions of Suanzhiqing capsules on rats with acute gouty arthritis .To study on the anti-inflammation mechanism and effect on cartilage damages in acute gouty arthritis rats .Methods:Water extractions and etha-nol extractions of Chinese medicines Suanzhiqing capsules were administrated intragastrically to the model rats .Seven days later , the rats were given uric acid sodium to cause acute gouty arthritis .And after 9 hours and 12 hours, eight rats were randomly selected each time in each group to measure the diameter of the ankle joint , and the contents of IL-1and IL-1Ra through Elisa method on the blood taken from inferior vena cava .Results:The level of IL-10 and IL-1Ra in the medicine groups were increased to some extent compared with the control group .The most significant increase was observed in the water extraction group .Conclusion:Suanzhiqing capsules can raise the level of IL-10 and IL-1 to cure inflammation and protect articular cartilage , especially with its water extraction group .关键词
