通阳法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床观察
Clinical Observation on Activating Yang Method in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of activating Yang method combined with western medicine to treat unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease .Methods:The 258 admitted in our department from 2010 March to 2013 March were randomly divid-ed into treatment group and control group .The control group applied western medicine , and the treatment group gave patients extra ap-plication of Tongyangshuxin decoction .Statistical analysis of the effect was made after 4 weeks of treatment .Results:Both group showed significant differences before and after treatment in terms of the frequency of angina attack , duration and dosage of nitroglycerin ( P<0.05);there were also significant differences in terms of the total curative rate , in the above 3 aspects and ECG between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Activating Yang method combined with western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coro -nary heart disease is better than single application of western medicine treatment , and it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
