摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative treatment of rheumatoid arthritis .Methods:In our hospital , 80 cases of patients in May 2008 to October 2012 with rheumatoid arthritis according to the random number table , randomly divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40),patients were treated with conventional medicine , including methotrexate 10mg orally,1 qd;diclofenac sodium tablets 75mg orally,1 qd.Treatment group therapy based on the use of "wen yang tong bi soup"Treating,comparing two groups`clinical efficacy after 8 weeks(a course of treatment).Results:After one course of treatment,in treatment group,17 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases,markedly effective rate was 82.5%;In control group,8 patients were cured, 15 cases markedly, markedly effective rate was 57.5%.Markedly effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher (χ2 =11.052,P<0.01).Be-fore treatment , joint tenderness index ,joint swelling index ,duration of morning stiffness and ESR ,CRP indicators of two groups`patients , showed no significant difference (P>0.05),while after treatment, these index of treatment group were improved significantly comparing with before treatment, and with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficiency of integrative treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is satisfactory ,and should be widely applied .关键词
