摘要

Abstract

Satellite communication has become an important means of emergency communication. How to select the appropriate communication mode and technology is one of the core problems in the construction of emergency communication system. The article introduces the system of satellite communication techniques, analyses the characteristics and application scenarios. In terms of the characteristics of water conservancy emergency communications, the choice of water conservancy satellite emergency communication system should meet 3 requirements. After comprehensive comparison, the SCPC/DAMA technology system is more suitable for the water conservancy satellite emergency communication services.
