Abstract
Starting from the governmental website development present situation in our country, the article analyzes and looks for the problems of Liaoning provincial water resources governmental affairs website. In the progress of new website construction, through deepening the understandings of the importance of governmental affairs websites buildings and going ahead reasonable planning, three functions that are to publish the governmental affairs, to provide the governmental service through websites, and to interact with publics, have been strengthened on the basis of“taking users as the center, providing services as the guidance”. To strengthen the construction of information security, the governmental affairs website of Liaoning provincial water resources department is built into“Services Website”in safety and stabilization. It meets the work requirement of making governmental affairs public and providing the services to the public of Liaoning.关键词
